Pictured are the stock sustainblock on the Edge Pro7 tremolo of my Ibanez RG2077XL, and a brass replacement by Fu-Tone.com. Since the stock sustainblock has worn screwholes, I cannot use it anymore. The brass replacement is quite a bit heavier than the stock sustainblock. Right now the replacement has already been done. The difference in sound is subtle but noticeable
This is one of the rare occasions on which I played my Gibson Les Paul.. I rather enjoyed it. It works well with this band. Still, a Les Paul remains a lumpy block of wood in a clumsy design and overdone pickups with a fat sound, if you ask me..
